“三农”即农业农村农民的发展,与全国经济发展紧紧相关,实现“三农”的全面发展是新时代破局的关键,国家高度重视其发展。随着乡村脱贫攻坚计划的实施,我国乡村产业得到跨越式发展。但目前,乡村仍然存在一系列问题,如产业发展不平衡、人口流动快等。2021年开始,国家开始把“三农”重心转移到全面发展乡村特色产业,激发其消费潜力和投资活力上,为绿色金融的发展带来机遇。绿色金融主要关注金融的环保效益,注重平衡经济效益与环境效益,绿色金融支持乡村产业发展的意义重大,其对绿色金融有巨大需求。文章主要研究绿色金融支持乡村产业的发展路径,明确绿色金融的内涵,及绿色金融支持乡村产业发展存在的一系列问题,并针对性提出绿色金融促进乡村产业发展的具体建议。

The development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is closely related to the national economic development.Realizing the comprehensive development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is the key to breaking the stalemate in the new era,and the country attaches great importance to its development.With the implementation of the rural poverty alleviation plan,China's rural industries have achieved leapfrog development.However,currently,there are still a series of problems in rural areas,such as imbalanced industrial development and fast population mobility.Starting from 2021,the country has shifted the focus of"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"to the comprehensive development of rural characteristic industries,stimulating their consumption potential and investment vitality,and br inging opportunities for the development of green finance.Green finance mainly focuses on the environmental benefits of finance,balancing economic and environmental benefits.It is very important for green finance to support the development of rural industries,and it has a huge demand for green finance.This article mainly studies the development path of green finance supporting rural industries,clarifies the connotation of green finance,and a series of problems in green finance supporting rural industry development,and proposes specific suggestions for promoting rural industry development through green finance.
