浅谈杭州至温州铁路建设对浙江沿线区域经济影响

杭州至温州铁路位于浙江省中东部,是国家推出的8个社会资本投资铁路示范项目之一。长三角城际铁路网的重要组成部分,是浙江省实现“1小时交通圈”的重要载体,也是浙江省对外高速铁路网和省内都市圈城际铁路网的重要组成部分,是集城际、路网、旅游与沿线经济开发功能于一体的高速铁路。项目建设有利于改善浙江省会杭州至温州的交通条件,提高路网质量、完善路网布局、增强运输灵活机动性,实现杭州与温州市高铁1小时交通圈,对于加快温台城市群融入长江经济带和“一带一路”国家发展战略、带动区域经济协调发展和沿线旅游资源开发均具有重要意义。杭温高铁的建设是完善国家高速铁路运输网络,构建浙江省1小时交通圈,满足杭州与温州间客运通道需要最为便捷的设施,有利于实现沿线旅游资源开发,促进沿线社会经济发展,全面建设小康社会。对杭州至温州铁路沿线浙江区域综合概况进行整理,考虑铁路对沿线区域经济发展的影响机理,可分析出杭州至温州铁路对浙江地区经济发展的影响。

The Hangzhou-Wenzhou railway is located in the central eastern part of Zhejiang Province and is one of the eight demonstration projects of social capital investment in railways launched by the state.An important component of the Yangtze River Delta intercity railway network,it is an important carrier for Zhejiang Province to achieve the"one-hour transportation circle",and also an important component of Zhejiang Province's external high-speed railway network and the intercity railway network of the provincial metropolitan area.It is a high-speed railway that integrates intercity,road network,tourism,and economic development along the line.The project construction is conducive to improving the traffic conditions from Hangzhou,the capital city of Zhejiang Province,to Wenzhou,improving the quality of the road network,improving the layout of the road network,enhancing the flexibility of trans portation,realiz ing the one-hour traffic circle of high-speed railway between Hangzhou and Wenzhou.It is of great significance to accelerate the integration of Wenzhou Taiwan urban agglomeration into the Yangtze River Economic Belt and"the Belt and Road"national development strategy,drive the coordinated development of regional economy and the development of tourism resources along the line.The construction of the Hangzhou Wenzhou high-speed railway is necessary to improve the national high-speed railway transportation network,build a one-hour transportation circle in Zhejiang Province,and form the most convenient passenger transportation channel between Hangzhou and Wenzhou.It is also necessary to achieve the development of tourism resources along the line,promote social and economic development along the line,and comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society.By organizing the comprehensive overview of the Zhejiang region along the Hangzhou-Wenzhou railway and considering the impact mechanism of the railway on the economic development of the region,the im pact of the Hangzhou-Wenzhou railway on the economic development of the Zhejiang region can be analyzed.
