摘要
针对酒店行业面临的现状,如何建立适合的绩效管理体系成为酒店企业寻求发展的重中之重。文章将以M精品酒店为案例,对其现行绩效管理体系进行分析,同时对现有绩效管理的指标,管理的内容,反馈的制度,考核结果的应用四个方面产生的问题进行分解,并提出相应的优化方案,从而形成适合M精品酒店自身需求的绩效管理体系。
In light of the challenges faced by the hotel industry,establishing a suitable performance management system has become a top priority for hotel enterprises'development.This article takes M Boutique Hotel as a case study to analyze its current performance management system.It also dissects issues arising from existing performance management in terms of indicators,content of management,feedback mechanisms,and the application of assessment results.Corresponding optimization solutions are proposed to create a performance management syste mtailored to the specific needs of M Boutique Hotel.
