汽油机颗粒捕集器再生性能测试与评价

摘要 颗粒捕集器通过过滤汽车尾气将排放物收集起来,是汽车主机厂应对日趋严苛的排放标准的一种有效的技术措施。虽然该技术能有效降低污染物排放,但其再生过程容易带来油耗升高等副作用。文章通过对汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)车型再生过程的测试与项目管控,形成了GPF再生性能的测试规范以及评价指标,提升了车型项目管理成熟度和用户使用满意度,也为今后应对新国标排放要求积累宝贵的经验。 The particulate filter,which collects emissions by filtering vehicle exhaust,is an effective technological measure for automobile oems to cope with increasingly stringent emission standards.Although this technology can effectively reduce pollutant emissions,its regeneration process is prone to side effects such as increased fuel consumption.Through the testing and project control of the regeneration process of gasoline particulate filter(GPF),the paper forms the test specification and evaluation index of the regeneration performance of GPF,which improves the maturity of vehicle project management and user satisfaction.It also accumulates valuable experience for the future to cope with the emission requirements of the new national standard.
