摘要 随着国家对新能源汽车产业支持,新能源汽车保有量不断升高,汽车故障率随之提升。文章以市场保有量较高的比亚迪秦EV车型为例,主要介绍低压上电工作原理和常见故障。在诊断过程中,严谨的诊断思路对于维修人员极为重要,文章从故障现象描述、分析故障可能原因,诊断步骤,故障机理分析四个方面进行详细说明。通过分析,建立起诊断思路,为职业院校师生和维修从业人员在维修教学过程中提供一定的参考信息。 With the support of the country for the new energy vehicle industry,the number of new energy vehicles is constantly increasing,and the failure rate of vehicles is also increasing.This article takes the BYD Qin EV model,which has a high market share,as an example to mainly introduce the working principle and common faults of low-voltage power on.In the diagnostic process,a rigorous diagnostic approach is extremely important for maintenance personnel.This article provides a detailed explanation from four aspects:describing the fault phenomenon,analyzing the possible causes of the fault,diagnosing steps,and analyzing the fault mechanism.Through analysis,a diagnostic approach is established to provide certain reference information for vocational college teachers and maintenance practitioners in the maintenance teaching process.
