摘要
培养高技术技能型人才是职业教育汽修专业的人才培养目标。文章结合“职教20条”和“三教”改革,对某职业院校汽修专业人才的“岗课赛证”融合现状与存在问题进行剖析,通过提出“五维三阶十环节”教学策略和4C教学设计法,进行了汽修专业“岗课”“课赛”和“课证”融合的实践探索。这对职业院校汽修相关专业的专业建设、课程改革等具有实践指导意义。
It is the goal of training the talents of auto repair specialty in vocational education to train the talents with high-tech and skilled personnel.Combining the"20 items of vocational education"and the reform of"three education",this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the integration of"post course competition certificate"for auto repair professionals in a vocational college.By putting forward the teaching strategy of"five dimensions,three stages and ten links"and the teaching design method of 4C,it carries out practical exploration of the integration of"post course""course competition"and"course certificate"for auto repair majors.It has practical guiding significance for the professional construction and curriculum reform of auto repair related majors in vocational colleges.
