摘要
系统总结了近十几年利用高压技术制备简单钙钛矿功能氧化物材料PbMO_(3)(M=3d过渡族金属)及其物性研究方面的进展,重点关注M元素变化过程中的晶体结构、电子结构、磁性和电输运性质的演化,以及高压调控下的结构相变、电荷转移和绝缘体金属化等行为,同时也对该领域中一些亟需解决的问题做了展望。
In this paper,we reviewed the recent progress on the high-pressure synthesis of Pb-based simple perovskite compounds PbMO_(3)(M=3d transition metals)and the investigation on their physical properties,mainly focusing on the M dependent crystal structure,electronic configuration,magnetism,transport properties,pressure induced structure phase transition,charge transfer and insulator to metal transitions.We also gave a comment on the unresolve problems in this system.
