摘要
心理健康教育与“德智体美劳”五育都以促进学生全面健康发展为目标,厘清心育与“五育”之间的关系,对于实现两者融合互促至关重要。在心理健康教育工作中,要实现“以五育并举促进心理健康”的目标,需要加强顶层设计,构建心理健康教育与“五育”的协同发展机制;发挥课堂主渠道作用,打造“四堂联动”的心理课程体系;整合育人资源,构建“心理+”五育一体的心理育人模式。
Mental health education and the"five-education"of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor are both aimed at promoting the all-round and healthy development of students,and clarifying the relationship between mental education and"five-education"is very important for achieving the integration and mutual promotion of the two.In the work of mental health education,in order to achieve the goal of"promoting mental health with five-education",it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design and build a coordinated development mechanism between mental health education and"five-education";give play to the role of the main channel of the classroom to create a"four-class linkage"psychological curriculum system;integrate education resources and build a psychological education model of"psychological+"five-education.
