“大思政课”视域下高职共情式教学模式构建研究

摘要 高职思政课教师的现实困惑,往往在于满腔热血被学生的冷漠无感而打败。思政课缺乏亲和力,学生没有专业归属感和情感获得感,难以讲到心里去,究其原因大都与共情缺失和乏力有关。共情式思政教学关注师生间的人际共情、教学内容间的历史共情和时代共情,已然成为思政课改革的总体趋势。在“大思政课”视域下,推动思政课教师和学生之间、师生和教学内容之间的人际共情、历史共情和时代共情,构建由“共情式教学共同体”为主体,以“共情式教学场域、共情式教学主线”为两翼的“一体两翼”共情式思政教学模式,促使学生在情感、认知和行为上产生契合,推动实现思政课入脑入心入行。 The practical confusion of ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges often lies in the fact that they are defeated by students'apathy.The ideological and political course lacks affinity,and students have no sense of professional belonging and emotional gain,which is difficult to talk about in the heart.Most of the reasons are related to lack of empathy and lack of strength.Empathic ideological and political teaching focuses on interpersonal empathy between teachers and students,historical empathy and era empathy between teaching contents,which has become the overall trend of ideological and political course reform.From the perspective of"great ideological and political course",promote the interpersonal,historical and contemporary empathy between teachers and students,teachers and students and teaching content of ideological and political course,and build the"one body and two wings"sympathetic ideological and political teaching mode with"sympathetic teaching field and sympathetic teaching main line"as the main body and"one body and two wings"as the two wings,so as to promote the students to agree in emotion,cognition and behavior,and promote the implementation of ideological and political courses into the mind,heart and acts.
