眼部前后节联合手术治疗黄斑裂孔合并白内障对患者视力、黄斑区形态结构及安全性影响

Effects of combined anterior and posterior segment surgery for macular hole combined with cataract on visual acuity,macular area morphology,and safety in patients

目的探讨眼部前后节联合手术治疗黄斑裂孔合并白内障对患者视力、黄斑区形态结构及安全性影响。方法选取2019年4月—2022年4月收治的150例黄斑裂孔合并白内障患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施眼部前后节联合手术治疗。对比患者治疗前后视力情况、黄斑区形态结构变化情况及观察术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,患者视力高于治疗前,眼压水平低于治疗前(P<0.05)。146例患者黄斑区形态结构扭曲情况得到恢复,恢复率为97.33%;患者并发症总发生率为7.33%。结论对黄斑裂孔合并白内障患者实施眼部前后节联合手术,疗效确切,可积极改善视力情况及黄斑区形态结构,且术式较为安全,值得在临床中推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of combined anterior and posterior segment surgery for macular hole combined with cataract on patientsvision,macular area morphology,and safety.Methods A total of 150 patients with macular hole combined with cataract treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects,and underwent combined anterior and posterior segment surgery.The visual acuity and changes in the morphology and structure of macular area of patients were compared before and after treatment,and the occurrence of postoperative complications was recorded.Results After treatment,the patientsvisual acuity was higher than before treatment,and the intraocular pressure level was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The distortion of macular area morphology and structure in 146 patients was restored,with a recovery rate of 97.33%.The total incidence rate of complications was 7.33%.Conclusion The combined anterior and posterior segment surgery for macular hole combined with cataract has a definite therapeutic effect,can actively improve visual acuity and macular area morphology,and is relatively safe.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
