以非遗产业化为载体的山西乡村振兴模式研究

A Study of a Rural Revitalization Model in Shanxi based on the Industrialization of Intangible Cultural Heritage

非遗产业化是实现乡村振兴战略的重要途径之一。以非遗产业化为载体推进山西乡村振兴战略,不仅具有战略与需求上的紧迫性,而且具备现实意义上的可行性。通过SWOT分析法,明确了山西非遗产业化的内外部竞争环境和竞争条件以及各种因素相互配合、协同的可能性,全面、系统、准确地构建山西以非遗产业化为载体的乡村振兴模式情景,提出山西非遗产业化的振兴路径,即以“非遗+”内向推进供给侧结构性改革,构建乡村振兴产业新体系;“产学研”协同创新,构建非遗产业化助力乡村振兴的支撑体系;以“区域协同”外向拓展产业发展空间,构建乡村非遗产业新格局。

The industrialization of intangible cultural heritage is one of the important ways to realize rural revitalization.Promoting Shanxi’s rural revitalization through industrialization of intangible cultural heritage is both urgent and feasible.Through the SWOT analysis method,this paper attempts to map out competition conditions of industrializing Shanxi’s intangible cultural heritage,and to clarify the possibility of cooperation and coordination of various factors,in order to construct a development model of intangible cultural heritage industrialization that is comprehensive,systematic,and accurate.Based on this model,the paper proposes a path for the industrialization of intangible cultural heritage in Shanxi.This model can be summarized as the follow:use“intangible cultural heritage+”to promote the supply-side structural reform and build a new industrial system for rural revitalization;draw on“industry-university-research”collaborative network to support rural revitalization;use“regional coordination”to expand the development outward,and form a new landscape of the rural intangible cultural heritage industry.
