摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱法等方法,研究“金蚕花”多糖(Jincanhua polysaccharide,JCHP)的理化特性。结果表明,JCHP均一性好、纯度高,分子量为2.26×104 u,糖醛酸含量为0.2%;JCHP主要由半乳糖和葡萄糖组成,摩尔比为1∶0.22;JCHP具有多糖的特征吸收峰和α-型糖苷键,其经自由基降解后得到7个寡糖组分均由1,4或1,6连接的葡萄糖和半乳糖构成。研究结果为“金蚕花”多糖的构效关系研究打下了基础。
The physicochemical properties of the homogeneous component of“Jincanhua”Polysaccharide(JCHP)were analyzed using gel permeation chromatography,etc.The results showed that JCHP had good homogeneity and high purity,with a molecular weight of 2.26×104 u and the content of glucuronic acid is 0.2%.JCHP was mainly composed of galactose(Gal)and glucose(Glc)with a molar ratio of 1∶0.22.JCHP exhibited characteristic absorption peaks of polysaccharides andα-glycosidic bonds,and after free radical degradation,the 7 oligosaccharides were composed of 1,4 or 1,6 linked glucose and galactose.The research results laid a foundation for the study of the structure-function relationship of JCHP.
