数字经济与经济增长对环境规制影响效应的统计测度分析

Statistical measurement analysis of the impact effects of digital economy and economic growth on environmental regulation

通过测度2011—2019年中国30个省级行政区数字经济与环境规制的综合发展水平,并运用遮掩效应模型、门槛模型及空间计量模型,多维度实证了数字经济对环境规制的影响效应及其机制,加深了数字经济对环境规制影响的理解.结果表明:数字经济能够显著促进环境规制,即使以历史数据作为工具变量和“互联网+”政策等稳健性检验后仍然成立;存在“数字经济—经济增长—环境规制”的遮掩效应;数字经济发展的影响存在“边际效应”先递增再递减的特点,且其影响存在一定的空间溢出效应.

By measuring the comprehensive development level of the digital economy and environmental regulation in 30 provincial-level administrative regions of China from^(2)011 to 2019,and using the masking effect model,threshold model and spatial econometric model,the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on environmental regulation was demonstrated in multiple dimensions,deepening the understanding of the impact of the digital economy on environmental regulation.The results showed that the digital economy can significantly promote environmental regulation,which is still true even after using historical data as instrumental variables and“Internet+”policies and other robustness tests.There is a“the digital economy-Economic growth-Environmental regulation”.The impact of the digital economic development has the characteristics of“marginal effect”that first increases and then decreases,and its impact has a certain spatial spillover effect.
