铱配合物-卟啉偶联物的制备及性能探究

摘要 通过简单高效的席夫碱反应,成功地将卟啉单元引入到金属铱配合物中,合成了金属铱配合物-卟啉偶联物(TPP-Ir-COOH).该偶联物的光物理性质研究表明,TPP-Ir-COOH在保留了良好的单线态氧产生能力的同时,实现了长波长吸收和发射,解决了金属铱配合物因激发波长短,在用作光敏剂时存在组织穿透性差和容易对生物组织造成伤害等固有缺陷.TPP-Ir-COOH在600~700 nm具有长吸收波长,具有成为优秀光敏剂的潜力,本文为开发具有长吸收波长的铱配合物新型光敏剂材料提供了切实可行的设计策略. The synthesis of TPP-Ir-COOH,involving the coupling of iridium and porphyrin,was achieved by introducing porphyrin units into iridium complexes through a straightforward and efficient Schiff base reaction.The photophysical properties of the coupling were thoroughly investigated,demonstrating that TPP-Ir-COOH exhibited long-wavelength absorption and emission capabilities,along with a robust ability to generate singlet oxygen.The inherent shortcomings of iridium complexes,such as limited tissue penetration and susceptibility to causing damage to biological tissues when employed as photosensitizers due to their short excitation wavelength,were addressed.TPP-Ir-COOH exhibited a long absorption wavelength ranging from 600 to 700 nm,making it a promising candidate for an outstanding photosensitizer.This study offered a practical design strategy for developing iridium complex photosensitizer materials characterized by long absorption wavelengths.
