建设教育强国,龙头是高等教育。在第60届中国高等教育博览会“高等教育强国建设大会”上,与会领导和专家汇聚一堂,总结我国建设教育强国的进步和成就,分析面临的形势和亟待解决的问题,探讨如何发挥高等教育功能优势,为教育强国建设提供助力。与会领导和专家普遍认为,从教育大国到教育强国是一个系统性跃升和质变,应深刻认识教育强国核心要义,以高质量高等教育体系建设为抓手发挥高等教育龙头作用;全面理解教育强国时代特征,扎根中国大地建设中国特色社会主义教育强国;准确把握高等教育使命方向,助力推动教育强国、科技强国、人才强国建设。

To build a strong educational system,higher education is the key.At the 60th Higher Education Expo China“Conference on Building a Strong Higher Educational System”,participating leaders and experts gathered to summarize the progress and achievements in terms of building a strong educational system in China,analyze the situation and problems that need to be solved,and discuss how to give full play to the functional advantages of higher education and provide assistance for it.Leaders and experts generally believed that the transformation from“a big country in education”to“a powerful country in education”is a systematic leap and qualitative change.We should have a deep understanding of the essence of a strong educational system,and use the construction of a high-quality higher educational system as the key point to play the leading role of higher education;comprehensively understand the era characteristics of a strong educational system,and take root in China to build a strong socialist educational system with Chinese characteristics;and accurately grasp the mission and direction of higher education to promote the construction of a strong country in education,talent,and science and technology.
