基于国际乡村功能转型的乡村振兴模式研究

RESEARCH ON THE RURAL REVITALIZATION PATTERNS BASED ON THE RURAL FUNCTION TRANSFORMATION OF INTERNATIONAL STUDIES

在世界乡村面临衰退和乡村功能转型的背景下,研究如何基于乡村功能转型提出乡村振兴的模式具有重要的现实意义。在系统梳理国际乡村功能转型研究脉络的基础上,总结西方发达国家的乡村多功能发展模式,进而提炼出适合中国国情的乡村振兴模式。研究结果表明:二战以来西方社会乡村重构经历生产主义、后生产主义及多功能乡村3个阶段;根据差异化乡村主导功能特征,提炼出专业化和集约化的商品农业、有机农业、社区支持农业、休闲农业及休闲旅游业、第二居所旅居等5种多功能乡村发展的主要模式,以及各主要模式在全球主要空间分布特征。最后,结合中国国情和乡村发展条件,提出中国不同地区乡村振兴的主要模式。

Under the backgrounds that the world s villages are generally facing decline and the transformation of rural functions,it is of great significance to study how to realize the rural revitalization based on the transformation of rural functions.On the basis of systematically combing the research context of the international rural function transformation,this paper summarizes the rural multi-functional development patterns of western developed countries,and then proposes the rural revitalization patterns of China.The research results show that the western society s research on rural reconstruction and transformation since World War II has gone through three stages:productionism,post-productionism,and multi-functional rural development.Five primary developing patterns of rural areas are put forward:intensive and commercial agriculture,organic agriculture,Community-Supported Agriculture,agritourism,and second-home tourism.Combining Chinese national conditions and rural development conditions,we propose the main modes of rural revitalization in China,which is important for realizing rural revitalization.
