省级不动产登记信息管理基础平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Provincial Real Estate Registration Information Management Fundamental Platform

在全面落实不动产统一登记制度的背景下,为实现省、市、县(区)三级不动产登记部门间互联互通、数据共享以及协同办公等目标,提出了搭建省级不动产登记信息管理基础平台建设的思路和方法。本文详细阐述了平台建设的目标、平台框架设计、平台部署、数据库建设以及功能实现等相关内容,实现了不动产登记数据的统一管理和共享、业务的统一协同办理,有效地提高了省、市、县(区)三级不动产登记部门的管理水平。

Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the unified real estate registration system,in order to achieve the goals of interconnection,data sharing and collaborative office among the three levels of real estate registration departments of provinces,municipalities and counties(districts),the ideas and methods of building a provincial real estate registration information management fundamental platform are put forward.This paper expounds the target of the construction of the platform,platform frame design,platform deployment,database construction and function realization,etc.,realizes the unification of the real estate registration data management and sharing,unified and coordinated management and processing of business,and effectively improves the real estate registration management at provincial,municipal and county′s(district′s)level.
