摘要
为了提高城市道路全要素三维实景模型构建的效率、精度与真实度,本文提出了一种融合激光点云数据、全要素地形图数据、全景影像数据的道路全要素三维实景模型自动化、半自动化构建方案,实现了道路各要素的单体化。以某示范区为例验证了本文提出的道路全要素实景模型构建的可行性与有效性。本文的研究对于城市精细化管理具有积极的帮助作用,其成果的应用与推广对于新型测绘技术的发展具有重要意义。
In order to improve the efficiency,accuracy and authenticity of the construction of the three-dimensional real scene model of urban roads,this paper proposes an automatic and semi-automatic construction scheme of the three-dimensional real scene model of urban roads,which integrates the laser point cloud data,the topographic map data of total elements and the panoramic image data,and realizes the integration of all road elements.Taking a demonstration area as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the construction of the total element real scene model of the road proposed in this paper are verified.The research in this paper has a positive help for the fine management of the city,and the application and promotion of its results are of great significance for the development of new surveying and mapping technology.
