摘要
介绍了桥梁组合模板在加工过程中的成型尺寸精度控制要求,涉及算料、下料、加工成型等过程。重点说明了利用CAD、Solidworks等辅助工具进行算料求解以及依靠模具进行成型控制的方法,特别针对冲压成型面板采用有限元近似求解法进行了详细的研究。通过成型尺寸精度控制,可以满足在铁路、公路、房建等工程施工中对建筑模板的精度要求,提升工程实体质量。
This article mainly introduces the precision control requirements for the forming dimensions of bridge composite templates during the processing,involving processes such as material calculation,cutting,and processing.Emphasis was placed on the use of auxiliary tools such as CAD and Solidworks for material calculation and the use of molds for forming control.In particular,a detailed study was conducted on the finite element approximate solution method for stamping formed panels.By controlling the precision of forming dimensions,it is possible to meet the precision requirements for building templates in construction projects such as railways,highways,and buildings,and improve the quality of engineering entities.
