单元吊装在幕墙工程施工中的应用研究——以兰州奥体中心为例

摘要 针对大型体育场外立面的造型特点,为适应主体钢结构外倾角较大、悬挑外伸较远、空间高度及位置变化大,以及主体钢结构桁架连接点位置多变等具体情况展开此研究,以确保在规定工期内完成大体量的非常规幕墙施工。经多方案比较和研究,运用地面大单元的总体拼装与小单元的现场空中吊装相结合,把大量工作前置,最大限度地减少现场安装作业量,减少现场人员数量、机械设备的运用及场地的占用,从而保证外幕墙施工的安全、有序、快速、高质量进行。 In response to the design characteristics of the exterior facade of a large sports stadium,in order to adapt to the specific situation of the large inclination angle of the main steel structure,the long overhang,the large changes in spatial height and position,and the variable positions of the main steel structure truss connection points,and to ensure the completion of large-scale unconventional curtain wall construction within the specified period,this study is carried out.Through multiple scheme comparisons and studies,the overall assembly of large ground units and on-site aerial lifting of small units are combined to pre load a large amount of work,minimize the amount of on-site installation work,reduce the number of on-site personnel,the use of mechanical equipment,and the occupation of the site,thereby ensuring the safe,orderly,fast,and high-quality construction of the external curtain wall.
