爆破作用下隧道支护结构振动安全控制技术研究

摘要 隧道开挖采用钻爆法具有经济高效的特点。随着交通的快速发展,新建隧道断面越来越大,掏槽段起爆药量增加,爆破作用下隧道支护结构的振动显著。爆破振动传播规律、支护结构振动响应特性和振动安全控制是隧道爆破安全高效施工的热点研究问题。依托瑶里隧道开展支护结构现场爆破振动监测试验,分析掏槽爆破作用下大断面隧道支护结构的振动响应特征,优化掏槽爆破参数,提出安全合理的振速阈值,研究支护结构振动安全控制技术和高效穿越的爆破开挖方法,以指导现场工程应用。 The use of drilling and blasting method in tunnel excavation has the characteristics of economy and efficiency.With the rapid development of transportation,the cross-section of newly built tunnels is getting larger and larger,and the amount of explosive in the excavation section is increasing.The vibration of the tunnel support structure under the blasting effect is significant.The propagation law of blasting vibration,the vibration response characteristics of support structures,and vibration safety control are hot research issues in the safe and efficient construction of tunnel blasting.Based on the Yaoli Tunnel,on-site blasting vibration monitoring tests were carried out on the support structure to analyze the vibration response characteristics of the large-section tunnel support structure under the action of cut blasting,optimize the cut blasting parameters,propose safe and reasonable vibration speed thresholds,study the vibration safety control technology of the support structure and efficient blasting excavation methods for crossing,and guide on-site engineering applications.
