摘要
海洋石油开采工作由于环境特殊,需要长期在海水中进行开采作业,石油机械设备受海水腐蚀影响,整体使用寿命会缩短,工作效率会持续降低。为此,文章重点关注海洋石油机械设备腐蚀,针对海洋石油机械设备防腐蚀存在的问题着重分析,通过选择优质防腐材料、加强设备表面处理、增加防腐涂层保护、采取基因保护措施、加强防腐工程设计以及建立健全防腐监控系统的方式,来有效保护海洋石油机械设备,切实降低出现腐蚀的可能性,继而有效控制机械腐蚀发展速度,助推海洋石油机械防腐蚀技术提升,满足海洋油田作业要求。
Due to the special environment,ocean stone mining requires long-term mining operations in seawater,petroleum machinery and equipment are affected by seawater corrosion,resulting in a shortened overall service life and a continuous decrease in work efficiency.To this end,we will focus on the corrosion of offshore oil machinery and equipment,and analyze the existing problems in anti-corrosion of offshore oil machinery and equipment.By selecting high-quality anti-corrosion materials,strengthening equipment surface treatment,increasing anti-corrosion coating protection,adopting genetic protection measures,strengthening anticorrosion engineering design,and establishing a sound anti-corrosion monitoring system,we can effectively protect offshore oil machinery and equipment and effectively reduce the possibility of corrosion,Subsequently,it effectively controls the development speed of mechanical corrosion.
