摘要
本研究旨在研究通过优化设备管理策略来提高房建工程的建设效率和质量。探讨如何通过改进设备管理流程,实现工程成本的降低和效益的提高,对基础管理、设备配置、使用和维护保养进行优化。研究结果表明,经过这些策略的实施,房建工程的建设效率和质量得到了显著提升。全面、系统的设备管理不仅可以确保施工进度和质量,还可以在整体上降低工程成本,从而实现更高的工程效益。
The aim of this study is to improve the construction efficiency and quality of building projects by optimizing equipment management strategies.Explore how to reduce engineering costs and improve efficiency by improving equipment management processes,and conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of basic management,equipment configuration,use,and maintenance.The results indicate that through the implementation of these strategies,the construction efficiency and quality of housing projects have been significantly improved.Comprehensive and systematic equipment management can not only ensure construction progress and quality,but also reduce overall project costs,thereby achieving higher engineering benefits.
