阿托伐他汀结合阿司匹林治疗高血压伴糖尿病患者的效果评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Atorvastatin Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes

目的探讨阿托伐他汀结合阿司匹林治疗高血压伴糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法将2020年1月至2022年12月在我院治疗的120例高血压伴糖尿病患者进行随机分组,对照组使用阿司匹林治疗,观察组使用阿托伐他汀结合阿司匹林治疗,对比临床疗效、糖代谢指标、血脂指标、血压及粥样斑块指标、各项生化指标。结果治疗后观察组FBG、2-h PG、HbA1c、HOMAIR低于对照组,FINS高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组SBP、DBP、HR、IMT均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两药治疗高血压伴糖尿病患者中的效果显著,能提高糖脂控制作用,降低血压,抑制IMT,有效对抗动脉粥样硬化,保护肾功能。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,120 patients with hypertension and diabetes treated in our hospital were randomly divided,the control group treated with aspirin,observation group treated with atorvastatin combined with aspirin,and the clinical efficacy,glucose metabolism indexes,lipid indexes,blood pressure and atherosclerosis plaque indexes,various biochemical indicators were compared.Results FBG,2-h PG,HbA1c,HOMA-IR were lower than that of the control group,and FINS was higher than that of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05);TC,TG,LDL-C were lower than that of the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05);and SBP,DBP,HR,IMT of the observation group were lower than that of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05);The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with aspirin is effective in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes,which can improve the control of glucose and lipid,reduce blood pressure,inhibit IMT,effectively combat atherosclerosis,and protect kidney function.
