口服拉贝洛尔治疗对妊娠高血压患者血压控制的效果

The Effect of Oral Labetalol Therapy on Blood Pressure Control in Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

目的分析基础治疗联合口服拉贝洛尔治疗对妊娠高血压孕妇血压控制影响。方法选取2021年7月到2023年7月德化县医院妇产科治疗的70例妊娠高血压孕妇,按随机数字表法将孕妇分为观察组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组孕妇实施基础治疗,观察组孕妇在对照组孕妇的基础上联合口服拉贝洛尔治疗,对比分析两组妊娠高血压孕妇血压控制效果、干预前后血压水平改善情况及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组舒张压和收缩压水平均降低,且观察组妊娠高血压孕妇血压水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组妊娠高血压孕妇血压治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组总不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基础治疗联合口服拉贝洛尔治疗对妊娠高血压孕妇血压控制具有非常积极的影响,且不会明显引起不良反应发生,具有较高的安全性和有效性。

Objective To analyze the effect of basic therapy combined with oral labetalol on blood pressure control in pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Seventy cases of pregnant women with gestational hypertension treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dehua County Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected,and the pregnant women were divided into the observation group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)according to the method of randomized numerical table,the pregnant women in the control group were implemented the basic treatment,and the pregnant women in the observation group were combined with the treatment of oral labetalol on the basis of the pregnant women in the control group,to compare and analyze the effect of the blood pressure control of the pregnant women with gestational hypertension in the two groups,improvement of the blood pressure level before and after the intervention,and the occurrence of the adverse reactions during the treatment period.Results After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of both groups were reduced,and the blood pressure levels of pregnant women with gestational hypertension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05);the total effective rate of blood pressure treatment for pregnant women with gestational hypertension in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the difference in the incidence rate of total adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically insignificant when comparing the rates of total adverse reactions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Basic therapy combined with oral labetalol has a very positive effect on blood pressure control in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension,without obvious adverse reactions,and has a high safety and efficacy.
