芳香疗法联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后抑郁的效果观察

Treatment of Aromatherapy Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Post-Stroke Depression

目的探讨芳香疗法联合重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的疗效。方法便利选取2022年5月至2023年5月于我院神经内科PSD患者54例,随机分为对照组和观察组各27例,对照组接受rTMS,观察组接受芳香疗法联合rTMS治疗,比较两组患者干预前、干预4周后汉密尔顿抑郁评分量表(HDRS)、汉密尔顿焦虑评分量表(HARS)有无差异。结果干预前,两组患者HDRS、HARS比较均无显著性差异(均P>0.05),干预4周后,观察组HDRS、HARS评分均比对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论芳香疗法联合rTMS治疗能有效缓解PSD患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,治疗效果优于单一的rTMS。

Objective To explore the effect of aromatherapy combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on anxiety and depression in patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods A total of 54 patients with PSD from May 2022 to May 2023 in the Department of Neurology of our hospital were randomly divided into two group,with 27 patients in each group.The control group received rTMS,and the observation group received aromatherapy combined with rTMS.The differences of Hamilton depression Rating Scale(HDRS)and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HARS)before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in HDRS and HARS between the two groups(both P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,HDRS and HARS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(both P<0.05).Conclusions Aromatherapy combined with rTMS can effectively relieve depression and anxiety in PSD patients,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of rTMS alone.
