等离子消融治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Plasma Ablation on Allergic Rhinitis with Deviated Nasal Septum

目的探讨等离子消融术治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年10月—2021年11月期间在我院治疗的84例合并鼻中隔偏曲的过敏性鼻炎患者临床资料。根据治疗方式不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。观察组采用在全麻下行鼻内镜鼻中隔偏曲矫正术联合等离子消融术,对照组采用常规鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗后3个月临床症状评分、治疗后并发症(切口感染、鼻腔粘连、黏膜水肿等)发生情况及黏膜完整率。结果治疗3个月两组患者各种临床症状均改善,并且观察组改善情况优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症状发生情况及黏膜完整率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论采用等离子消融术治疗伴有鼻中隔偏曲的过敏性鼻炎,可有效改善患者鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流涕等主观症状,不会增加术后并发症,临床疗效较好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of plasma ablation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients with septal deviation.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with allergic rhinitis combined with nasal septal deviation treated in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The included patients were divided into the control group and observation group according to the different treatment mothod,with 42 cases in each group.In the observation group,nasal endoscopic septal deviation correction with plasma ablation was performed under general anesthesia,and in the control group,conventional nasal endoscopic septoplasty was used.The clinical symptom scores,the occurrence of post-treatment complications(incision infection,nasal adhesion,mucosal edema,etc.)and the mucosal intactness rate of the two groups before and 3 months after treatment were compared.Results The clinical symptoms of both groups improved at 3 months after treatment,and the observation group improved better than the control group(both P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the occurrence of postoperative complications and mucosal integrity rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of plasma ablation for the treatment of allergic rhinitis with nasal septal deviation can effectively improve the patients'subjective symptoms such as nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,and runny nose,and it will not increase the postoperative complications.
