推拿按摩联合活血化瘀汤治疗骨伤软组织肿胀的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Tuina Massage Combined with Huoxue Huayu Tang on the Treatment of Soft Tissue Swelling in Bone Injure

目的探讨活血化瘀汤联合推拿按摩治疗骨伤软组织肿胀的治疗效果。方法收集骨伤软组织肿瘤患者78例,研究时间2022年5月至2023年5月。将患儿以随机数字表法分成两组以进行对比研究,各分配39例。对照组单纯以活血化瘀汤治疗,观察组联合推拿按摩、活血化瘀汤治疗,两组患者均接受2周的治疗,比较两组患者肿胀改善情况、疼痛情况、中医证候积分及症状缓解时间。结果治疗前两组肿胀评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周、治疗2周后,观察组肿胀评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗前两组疼痛评分对比差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗1周、治疗2周后观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后观察组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组消肿时间、疼痛消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿按摩、活血化瘀汤两种治法联合使用,可促进骨伤软组织肿胀缓解,缩短康复时间,降低疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage combined with Huoxue Huayu Tang on the treatment of soft tissue swelling in bone injuries.Methods A total of 78 patients with bone injury and soft tissue swelling admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups using random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Tang,while the observation group was treated with massage combined with Huoxue Huayu Tang.The two groups of patients received 2 weeks of treatment,and the improvement of swelling,pain,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and symptom relief time were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of swelling scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment,the swelling scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The difference in the comparison of pain scores between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After the treatment,all the TCM evidence points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The swelling time and pain disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with Huoxue Huayu Tang has achieved satisfactory results in treating soft tissue swelling in bone injuries,which can promote the regression of swelling and the disappearance of pain.
