三参胃炎汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Sanshen Weiyan Decoction on Chronic Erosive Gastritis

目的分析三参胃炎汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择在德化县春美乡卫生院2021年3月至2023年3月就诊治疗的慢性糜烂性胃炎患者80例,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组(40例,选择常规治疗)和观察组(40例,选择加用三参胃炎汤进行治疗),对比两组患者的中医症状积分、西医临床症状改善情况以及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组胃脘灼烧、食后饱胀、痞满疼痛、纳差等中医症状积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);在西医症状改善上,在治疗后观察组黏膜充血水肿程度、糜烂面愈合时间、饱胀疼痛改善时间等指标的改善情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素6(IL-6),白细胞介素8(IL-8),C反应蛋白(CRP)等炎症因子水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组的患者不良反应发生率和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三参胃炎汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎有较好的效果,能快速缓解临床症状,改善胃部的疼痛和不适,同时可降低炎症因子水平,促进早日康复,同时不良反应发生率低,用药安全性尚可。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of San Shen Wei Yan Tang in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods We selected Chunmei Township Health Center from March 2021 to March 2023 as the research period,and randomly selected 80 patients with chronic erosive gastritis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital during this period.According to different treatment methods,we divided them into a control group of 40 cases and chose conventional treatment.The observation group of 40 cases chose to add SanshenWeiyan Tang for treatment.The TCM symptom scores,the improvement of clinical symptoms in Western medicine,and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in terms of burning stomach and epigastric cavity,fullness after eating,plumpness and pain,and poor appetite(all P<0.05);in terms of the improvement of Western medical symptoms,the improvement of the mucosal congestion and edema,the healing time of the erosion surface,and the improvement time of the fullness and pain of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05);and the levels of inflammatory factors,such as interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8),C-reactive protein(CRP)and other inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in patients in the observation group compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions San Shen Wei Yan Tang has a good effect on treating chronic erosive gastritis,which can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms,improve stomach pain and discomfort,reduce inflammatory factor levels,promote early recovery,and have mild adverse reactions and high safety.
