舒适护理对老年骨质疏松伴胸腰椎骨折患者生活质量的影响

The Impact of Comfortable Care on the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis and Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fractures

目的探讨老年骨质疏松伴胸腰椎骨折患者的舒适护理措施,观察护理后的生活质量改善情况。方法选取泉州正骨医院十六病区2020年6月至2023年6月期间收治的88例老年骨质疏松伴胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(舒适护理)和对照组(常规护理)各44例,对比两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组疼痛VAS评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分、伤椎Cobb角、ODI评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组SF-36评分和护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组住院时间和胸腰椎功能恢复时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论舒适护理的有效开展,对于老年骨质疏松伴胸腰椎骨折患者,可以加快骨伤愈合、促进胸椎和腰椎功能恢复以及提高生活质量。

Objective To explore comfortable nursing measures for elderly patients with osteoporosis and thoracolumbar vertebral fractures,and to observe the improvement of quality of life after nursing.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with osteoporosis and thoracolumbar vertebral fractures admitted to Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital Sixteen Wards from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group(comfortable care)and a control group(routine care),with 44 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After care,the pain VAS score,HAMD score,PSQI score,Cobb angle of the injured vertebrae,ODI score,and the complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after care,the SF-36 score and the satisfaction with care of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);and the length of hospitalization and the time of recovery of the function of thoracic and lumbar spine of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Effective comfort care for elderly patients with osteoporosis with thoracolumbar spine fracture can accelerate bone healing,promote functional recovery of the thoracic and lumbar spine as well as improve quality of life.
