认知功能与抑郁症状的关系研究

摘要 目的:探讨抑郁症患者认知功能与抑郁症状的关系。方法:选取170例抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用重复成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)评估患者的认知功能,汉密尔顿抑郁量表⁃17(HAMD⁃17)评估患者抑郁症状。分析抑郁症患者认知功能与抑郁症状的相关性。采用多重线性回归模型分析抑郁症患者认知功能的影响因素。结果:受教育程度高的抑郁症患者RBANS评分高于受教育程度低的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抑郁症患者HAMD⁃17评分与RBANS总分、即时记忆、视觉广度评分呈负相关,相关系数r分别为-0.220、-0.178和-0.252(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症状与受教育程度影响患者认知功能。认知功能与抑郁症状评估将有助于判断抑郁症。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the cognitive function and depressive symptoms in patients with depression.Methods:170 patients with depression were selected as the research subjects.The repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)was used to assess the cognitive function of patients,and the Hamilton Depression Scale⁃17(HAMD⁃17)was used to evaluate depressive symptoms.The correlation between cognitive function and depressive symptoms in patients with depression was analyzed.Multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the influencing factors of cognitive function in patients with depression.Results:Patients with a higher education level had higher RBANS scores than those with a lower education level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD⁃17 score of patients with depression was negatively correlated with the total score of RBANS,immediate memory,and visual span,with correlation coefficients of-0.220,-0.178,and-0.252,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Depressive symptoms and education affect patients′cognitive function and assessment of depressive spmptoms can help determint the degree of depression.
