摘要
目的:分析正念干预对网络游戏成瘾青少年患者的影响。方法:选取68例网络游戏成瘾青少年患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用正念干预。对比两组心理渴求、游戏成瘾水平、学业倦怠。结果:干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、病理性网络游戏使用问卷(PVGUA)评分、身心耗竭量表评分、低成就感量表评分、学业疏离量表评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正念干预在青少年游戏成瘾患者中的应用效果显著,能够降低青少年游戏成瘾水平,减轻对游戏的心理渴求,缓解学业倦怠。
Objective:To analyze the influence of mindfulness intervention on adolescent patients with online game addiction.Methods:68 cases of online game addiction patients were randomized into the observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group were received routine intervention,while the observation group were received additional mindfulness intervention on the basis of the control group.Levels of psychological craving,game addiction and academic burnout of game addiction patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS),questionnaire score of pathological online game use among adolescences(POGUA),physical and mental exhaustion scale,low achievement scale rating,and academic alienation scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of mindfulness intervention in adolescent game addiction patients is significant,which can reduce the level of adolescent game addiction,reduce psychological craving for games,and alleviate academic burnout.
