依折麦布联合β受体阻滞剂对老年冠心病心功能及RAAS功能变化的影响

Effects of Ezetimibe tablets combined withβ-blocker on cardiac function and RAAS function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:分析依折麦布联合β受体阻滞剂对老年冠心病心功能的影响及与肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)功能变化的相关性。方法:选取119例老年冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组59例采用β受体阻滞剂治疗,观察组60例采用依折麦布联合β受体阻滞剂治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂水平、心功能、RAAS功能,以及RAAS与心功能变化的相关性。结果:治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、PRA、AngⅡ、ALD的水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组HDL-C的水平、LVEF、E/A均高于对照组(P<0.05)。经Spearman检验,RAAS相关指标与LVEF、E/A均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:依折麦布联合β受体阻滞剂能有效改善老年冠心病的血脂水平及心功能,RAAS功能随心功能水平上升而下降。

Objective:To analyze the effects of the combination of Ezetimibe tablets andβ-blocker in cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its correlation with changes in the renin angiotensin aldosterone system(RAAS)function.Methods:119 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups using a random number table method.59 cases in the control group were usedβ-blocker therapy,60 cases in the observation group were used Ezetimibe tablets combined withβ-blockers.The blood lipid levels,cardiac function,RAAS function,and the correlation between RAAS and changes in cardiac function between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C,PRA,AngⅡ,and ALD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant(P<0.05),while the HDL-C,LVEF,and E/A of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were negative correlations between RAAS related indicators and LVEF,E/A through Spearman test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of Ezetimibe andβ-blockers can effectively improve blood lipid levels and cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and the RAAS function decreases with the increasing cardiac function levels.
