红蓝光联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响

Clinical efficacy of red and blue light combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in the treatment of mild to moderate acne and its effect on immune function of patients

目的探讨红蓝光联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月于丹东市中心医院皮肤科门诊治疗的98例轻中度痤疮患者作为研究对象,对按照就诊顺序分为实验组与对照组,每组49例。对照组接受红蓝光治疗,实验组接受红蓝光联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效和皮损数量、类型、形态评分及免疫功能指标、不良反应总发生率、痤疮特异性生命质量量表(Acne-QoL)评分。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组皮损数量、类型、形态评分均低于治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgA、IgG水平均低于治疗前,且实验组IgG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组Acne-QoL评分均高于治疗前,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红蓝光联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗轻中度痤疮患者能有效缩小皮损的范围,减轻炎症反应,抑制IgG表达,且其不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of red and blue light combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in the treat-ment of mild to moderate acne and its effect on immune function of patients.Methods 98 patients with mild to moderate acne who were treated in the Dermatology clinic of Dandong Central Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of treatment,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with red and blue light,and the experimental group was treated with red and blue light combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream,the clinical efficacy,and the number,type,morphological score of skin lesions,immune function index,the incidence of adverse reactions and acne quali-ty of life(Acne-QoL)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.92%,which was higher than 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the number,type and morphology of skin lesions of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA and IgG of the two groups were low-er than those before treatment,and the level of IgG in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.After treatment,the Acne-QoL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Red and blue light combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in the treatment of pa-tients with mild and moderate acne can effectively reduce the scope of skin lesions,reduce the inflammatory response of patients,inhibit the expres-sion of IgG,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,has high safety.
