氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合麝香保心丸对缺血性心肌病患者心功能与心室重构的影响

Effect of flupentixol melitracin tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合麝香保心丸在缺血性心肌病患者中的效果及对心功能和心室重构的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年1月赣南医学院第二附属医院收治的116例缺血性心肌病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各58例。两组均给予常规方法治疗,对照组采用麝香保心丸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组心功能指标、心室重构指标、药物安全性及不良心血管事件发生率。结果治疗4周后,两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)均高于治疗前,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均短于治疗前,左心室收缩末期容积(LVEDV)均小于治疗前,且观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD均短于对照组,LVEDV均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义;观察组不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合麝香保心丸治疗缺血性心肌病,有助于提升患者心功能水平,改善心室重构,降低不良心血管事件发生率,且药物安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of flupentixol melitracin tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills on cardiac function and ven-tricular remodeling in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods 116 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy admitted to the Second Affiliat-ed Hospital of Gannan Medical College from April 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional methods,while the control group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills,the observation group was treated with flupentixol melitracin tablets on the basis of the control group,the cardiac function indicators,ventricular remodeling indicators,drug safety and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups was higher than before treatment,left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD)were shorter than before treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)was smaller than before treatment,and LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,LVESD and LVEDD were shorter than those in the control group,LVEDV was smaller than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),C-reactive protein(CRP),and cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups;the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol melitracin tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin pills in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy can help improve patient cardiac function,improve ventricular remodeling,re-duce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,and have high drug safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
