近20年化脓灸法的研究进展

Research progress of blistering moxibustion in recent 20 years

化脓灸,也称为瘢痕灸,是指在辨证论治的基础上直接灸,后化脓结痂脱落形成瘢痕,用来防病治病的方法。笔者通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(中国知网)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普),查询近二十年化脓灸的研究文献,发现化脓灸在医治运动系统、消化系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、循环系统等及传染病、肿瘤、皮肤病、口腔疾病等方面效果良好,但由于其疗法本身的疼痛性,导致大多数临床观察样本量少,并且长期随访量不足,可信度欠缺。故今从已有数据罗列分析,以期深入探究化脓灸的实验机理及临床效应,并为推广应用该灸法提供思路和方向。

Blistering moxibustion,also known as scar moxibustion,refers to the direct moxibustion on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,which used to prevent and treat diseases after suppurative scab off to form scars.By searching China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),China science periodical database(Wanfang),and Chinese citation database(VIP)databases,the author searched the research literature on suppurative moxibustion in the past 20 years,and found that blistering moxibustion has a good effect in the treatment of diseases such as motor sys-tem,digestive system,endocrine system,immune system,nervous system,respiratory system,circulatory system,infectious diseases,tumors,skin diseases,and oral diseases.However,due to the pain of its therapy itself,the sample size of most clinical observations is small,and there is a lack of long-term follow-up,the credibility is insufficient.Therefore,the existing data are listed and analyzed in order to deeply explore the experimental mechanism and clinical effects of suppurative moxibustion,so as to provide more extensive ideas and directions for clinical research and further pro-motion and application of suppurative moxibustion.
