手指操结合抗阻训练在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Finger Exercises Combined with Resistance Training in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:分析类风湿关节炎患者应用手指操结合抗阻训练的效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月淮安市第一人民医院收治的100例类风湿关节炎患者作为观察对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施抗阻训练,观察组实施手指操结合抗阻训练。比较两组护理前后肢体功能[Fugl-Meyer评定量表(Fugl-Meyer assessment scale,FMA)]、自我效能[类风湿关节炎自我效能感量表(rheumatoid arthritis self-efficacy scale,RASE)]、生命质量[慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系(quality of life instruments for chronic diseases,QLICD)]。结果:护理后,两组肢体功能、自我效能、生命质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:类风湿关节炎患者实施手指操结合抗阻训练,可有效改善肢体功能、自我效能及生命质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of finger exercises combined with resistance training in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Method:A total of 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Huai’an First People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as observation objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group carried out resistance training,and the observation group carried out finger exercise combined with resistance training.Limb function[Fugl-Meyer rating scale(FMA)],self-efficacy[rheumatoid arthritis self�efficacy scale(RASE)],quality of life[quality of life instruments for chronic diseases(QLICD)]before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of limb function,self-efficacy and quality of life in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Finger exercises combined with resistance training can effectively improve limb function,self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
