摘要
被动式建筑设计被广泛地应用在各个类型的建筑实践中。与主动式节能技术相比,被动式建筑节能设计措施不消耗能源,依靠建筑自身体型、通风、采光、遮阳等设计优化达到建筑节能的效果。以烟台创业大厦项目为例介绍该项目的被动式节能设计措施,通过采取增强自然采光减少照明耗电量、增强过渡季自然通风、增加遮阳和幕墙保温等措施,以减少建筑冷热负荷和空调能耗。并通过相关节能分析软件进行定量分析,给出经过被动式节能设计优化后的建筑总体节能情况。
Passive architectural design is widely applied in various types of building practices.Compared with active energy-saving technologies,passive building energy-saving design measures do not consume energy and rely on the optimization of the building’s body shape,ventilation,lighting,shading,and other design factors to achieve energy-saving effects.Taking the Yantai Entrepreneurship building project as an example,this article introduces the passive energy-saving design measures of the project.by adopting measures such as enhancing natural lighting to reduce lighting power consumption,enhancing natural ventilation during transition seasons,increasing shading and curtain wall insulation,etc.,the building’s cold and hot load and air conditioning energy consumption are reduced.And through relevant energy-saving analysis software for quantitative analysis,provide the overall energy-saving situation of the building after passive energy-saving design optimization.
