摘要
某项目深基础处于深厚的淤泥质粉质粘土层中,基坑支护设有两层水平内支撑,基础防水板下按2 500 mm间距设置了高强精轧钢抗浮锚杆,为实现在内支撑梁下软弱土层上进行高强锚杆的现场承载力检测,研制了一种组合试验装置,并对其制作安装过程、现场组合和使用注意事项进行了介绍。经项目实践应用,该新型组合试验装置满足软弱土层中高强度锚杆承载力检测要求,可有效解决低空间、软弱土、大变形等现场难题,可为同类工程现场的抗浮锚杆抗拔试验提供借鉴。
In a project,the deep foundation is in the deep silt silt clay layer,and the foundation pit support is provided with two layers of horizontal internal support.Under the foundation waterproof plate,the anti-floating bolt of high-strength fine rolled steel is set according to the 2500 mm spacing.In order to realize the on-site bearing capacity test of high-strength bolt on the soft soil layer under the internal support beam,a combined test device is developed.The fabrication and installation process,site combination and matters needing attention in use are introduced.Through practical application,the new combined test device can meet the test requirements of high-strength bolt bearing capacity in soft soil,effectively solve the site problems such as low space,soft soil and large deformation,and provide reference for the anti-floating bolt pulling test in similar engineering sites.
