工程项目团队数字化能力的形成及对绩效的影响研究

摘要 工程项目团队作为建筑企业中的具体实施主体,其数字化能力决定了工程项目的数字化水平。为深入了解工程项目团队的数字化能力,将其划分为感知能力、互联能力、分析能力3个维度,从技术和组织层面分析其影响因素的作用机制,并识别数字化能力对绩效的影响机理。本研究采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,使用偏最小二乘结构方差模型检验假设。实证结果表明:(1)数字基础设施、工具性支持能显著促进数字化能力的提高;团队文化及情感性支持对数字化能力的影响不显著;(2)数字化能力对项目绩效和创新绩效均有积极的正向作用。 As the specific implementation body in the construction enterprise,the digital capability of the engineering project team determines the digital level of the construction project.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the digital capability of project teams,this paper divides it into three dimensions,perception capability,interconnection capability,and analysis capability,identifies the influencing factors of digital capability from the technical and organisational aspects,and analyzes the impact of digital capability on performance.Questionnaire survey is conducted to collect data and partial least squares structural variance model is used to test the hypotheses.The empirical results show as follows.First,digital infrastructure and instrumental support significantly contribute to the improvement of digital capability,team culture and emotional support do not have significant effect on digital capability.Second,digital capability has a positive effect on project performance and innovation performance.This paper will provide guidelines for project teams to improve digital capability.
