消乳散结胶囊辅助超声引导下麦默通微创术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的效果

Effect of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules Assisted Ultrasound Guided Mammotome Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Benign Breast Tumors

目的:探讨消乳散结胶囊辅助超声引导下麦默通(MMT)微创术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤(BBT)的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年12月大冶市中医医院收治的80例BBT患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施超声引导下MMT微创术,观察组在对照组基础上加用消乳散结胶囊治疗。对两组治疗效果、激素水平、炎症因子及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,两组血清P水平均高于治疗前,E_(2)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组血清P高于对照组,E_(2)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、γ干扰素(TNF-γ)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,两组血清IL-10、CRP均高于治疗前,INF-γ低于治疗前,但观察组IL-10、CRP低于对照组,INF-γ水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消乳散结胶囊辅助超声引导下MMT微创术治疗BBT效果较好,可改善激素水平,减轻炎症因子水平,且有较高的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules assisted ultrasound guided Mammotome(MMT)minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors(BBT).Method:A total of 80 BBT patients admitted to Daye Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasound guided MMT minimally invasive surgery,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects,hormone levels,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 d of treatment,serum P level in both groups was higher than that before treatment,E2 level was lower than that before treatment,and serum P level in observation group was higher than that in control group,E_(2) level was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interferon-γ(TNF-γ)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 30 d of treatment,serum IL-10 and CRP in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and INF-γwere lower than those before treatment,but IL-10 and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,and INF-γlevel was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules assisted ultrasound guided MMT minimally invasive surgery for BBT has a good effect,can improve hormone levels,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and has high safety.
