单根带孔引流管联合负压吸引在深部感染及骨髓炎治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Single Perforated Drainage Tube Combined with Negative Pressure Suction in the Treatment of Deep Infection and Osteomyelitis

目的:分析单根带孔引流管联合负压吸引在深部感染及骨髓炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月重庆市彭水县人民医院收治的80例深部感染及骨髓炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为A组与B组,各40例。A组采用双管对口引流方式治疗,B组采用单根带孔引流管联合负压吸引方式治疗,对比两组伤口愈合时间、引流次数、堵管解决难易度评分、感染复发率、治疗总费用、患者满意度。结果:B组伤口愈合时间短于A组,引流次数少于A组,堵管解决难易度评分、治疗总费用、感染复发率低于A组,总满意度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单根带孔引流管联合负压吸引在深部感染及骨髓炎治疗中的应用效果显著,不仅能减少患者引流次数,降低堵管难度,还能加快感染伤口愈合,降低感染复发率及减少治疗费用,从而提升患者满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of single perforated drainage tube combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of deep infection and osteomyelitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with deep infection and osteomyelitis admitted to Chongqing Pengshui County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into group A and group B using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with dual tube mouth to mouth drainage,while group B was treated with a single perforated drainage tube combined with negative pressure suction.The wound healing time,drainage frequency,difficulty score of blockage resolution,infection recurrence rate,total treatment cost,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The wound healing time in group B was shorter than that in group A,and the number of drainage times was less than that in group A,the difficulty score of blockage resolution,total treatment cost,and infection recurrence rate in group B were lower than those in group A,the overall satisfaction was higher in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of a single perforated drainage tube combined with negative pressure suction in the treatment of deep infection and osteomyelitis is significant.It can not only reduce the number of drainage times and the difficulty of tube blockage,but also accelerate the healing of infected wounds,reduce the recurrence rate of infections,and reduce treatment costs,thereby improving patient satisfaction.
