多探头超声引导下PICC对老年患者的影响

Influence of PICC under Multi-probe Ultrasound Guidance on Elderly Patients

目的:探讨多探头超声引导下经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)对老年患者的影响。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年4月邛崃市医疗中心医院收治的114例老年患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组给予常规超声引导下PICC,观察组给予多探头超声引导下PICC。比较两组导管尖端相关指标、PICC相关指标、并发症。结果:观察组一次性置管准确率显著高于对照组,置管过深率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组一次性穿刺成功率、一次性置管成功率均显著高于对照组,置管操作时间短于对照组,穿刺出血量显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PICC后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多探头超声引导下PICC可显著提高导管尖端一次性置管准确率,获得较好的置管效果,并显著降低并发症风险。

Objective:To investigate the influence of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)under multi-probe ultrasound guidance on elderly patients.Method:A total of 114 elderly patients treated in Qionglai Medical Center Hospital from June 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,57 cases in each group.The control group was given PICC under conventional ultrasound guidance,and the observation group was given PICC under multi-probe ultrasound guidance.Catheter tip related indexes,PICC related indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The one-time catheterization accuracy rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the rate of catheterization overdepth was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time puncture and one-time catheterization in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the catheterization operation time was shorter than that in the control group,and the puncture blood loss volume was significantly better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after PICC in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PICC under multi-probe ultrasound guidance can significantly improve the one-time catheterization accuracy of catheter tip,obtain better catheterization effect,and significantly reduce the risk of complications.
