围手术期个性化情绪管理在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Perioperative Personalized Emotion Management in Elderly Patients Undergoing Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨围手术期个性化情绪管理在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月福建医科大学附属第一医院眼科收治的200例老年白内障手术患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组给予常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予围手术期个性化情绪管理。比较两组护理前后心理健康状态、生活质量,术前、术后2 h应激指标及并发症。结果:护理后,两组强迫症状、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑评分均下降,观察组强迫症状、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2 h,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压均升高,观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:围手术期个性化情绪管理可有效减轻老年白内障手术患者应激反应,改善心理健康,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of perioperative personalized emotion management in elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery.Method:A total of 200 elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative personalized emotion management based on the control group.The mental health status,quality of life before and after nursing stress index before surgery and 2 h after surgery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the compulsive symptoms,somatization,depression,anxiety scores of the two groups were decreased,the compulsive symptoms,somatization,depression,anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 h after surgery,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were increased,and the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material life and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative personalized emotion management can effectively reduce stress response,improve mental health and quality of life in elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery.
