引导式护理联合ERAS护理对股骨颈骨折手术患者的影响

Effect of Guided Nursing Combined with ERAS Nursing on Patients Undergoing Femoral Neck Fracture Surgery

目的:研究引导式护理联合加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)护理对股骨颈骨折手术患者的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月惠安县医院收治的100例股骨颈骨折手术患者为研究对象。根据随机单双号分组法将其分为试验组(单号)和常规组(双号),各50例。常规组给予ERAS护理,试验组在常规组基础上给予引导式护理。比较两组护理前后髋关节功能、运动功能、自护能力,护理满意度。结果:护理后,试验组功能、疼痛、活动度、畸形评分及总分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组Fugl-Meyer量表下肢部分(Fugl-Meyer assessment-lower extremities,Fugl-Meyer-LE)评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组健康知识水平、自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能评分及总分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组护理满意度优于常规组,总满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:引导式护理联合ERAS护理有利于提升股骨颈骨折手术患者的髋关节功能、运动能力,改善自护能力,患者对护理服务较为满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of guided nursing combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing on patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery treated in Hui’an County Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random odd-even number grouping method,they were divided into experimental group(single number)and conventional group(even number),with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was given ERAS nursing,and the experimental group was given guided nursing based on the conventional group.Hip joint function,motor function,self-care ability before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the function,pain,activity,deformity score and total score of experimental group were significantly higher than those of conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Fugl-Meyer assessment lower extremities(Fugl-Meyer-LE)score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the health knowledge level,self-concept,self-care responsibility and self-care skill score and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of experimental group was better than that of conventional group,and the total satisfaction was significantly higher than that of conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guided nursing combined with ERAS nursing can not only improve hip joint function,motor function and self-care ability of patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery,but also improve nursing satisfaction.
