AIDET沟通模式护理对急性白血病化疗患者的影响

Effect of AIDET Communication Mode Nursing on Patients with Acute Leukemia Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨问候-自我介绍-过程-解释-致谢(AIDET)沟通模式护理对急性白血病化疗患者的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月阜宁县人民医院收治的110例急性白血病化疗患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和常规组,各55例。常规组给予常规护理,观察组在常规组基础上给予AIDET沟通模式护理。比较两组护理前后负性情绪、自我效能感、生活质量及不良反应。结果:护理后,两组医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分降低,观察组HADS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分升高,观察组GSES评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分升高,观察组QLQ-C30评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AIDET沟通模式护理应用于急性白血病化疗患者中可明显提高自我效能感及生活质量,改善负性情绪,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acknowledge-introduce-duration-explaination-thanks(AIDET)communication mode nursing on patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 110 patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy in Funing County People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and routine group according to random number table method,55 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given AIDET communication mode nursing based on the routine group.Negative emotions,self-efficacy,quality of life before and after nursing and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score of the two groups decreased,and the HADS score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score of the two groups increased,and the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life measurement scale(QLQ-C30)score of the two groups increased,and the QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of AIDET communication mode nursing in patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy can significantly improve self-efficacy and quality of life,improve negative emotions and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
