六君子汤加味联合利可君片治疗NSCLC化疗后白细胞减少症患者的效果

Effect of Modified Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Leucogen Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Leukopenia after NSCLC Chemotherapy

目的:探讨六君子汤加味联合利可君片治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)化疗后白细胞减少症患者的效果。方法:将2020年1月—2023年1月云南省中医医院收治的60例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予利可君片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予六君子汤加味联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血液指标、血清肿瘤标志物、机体功能状态。结果:观察组总有效率(86.67%)高于对照组(63.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周,两组白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、中性粒细胞(neutrophile granulocyte,NEUT)水平、卡氏评分(Karnofsky,KPS)评分较治疗前升高,两组治疗2周WBC、NEUT水平、KPS评分较治疗1周升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周,两组癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)水平较治疗前降低,两组治疗2周CEA水平较治疗1周降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六君子汤加味联合利可君片用于NSCLC化疗后白细胞减少症患者的治疗可以提高临床效果和血液指标水平,降低血清肿瘤标志水平,改善机体功能状态。

Objective:To explore the effect of modified Liujunzi Decoction combined with Leucogen Tablets in the treatment of patients with leukopenia after non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)chemotherapy.Method:A total of 60 patients with NSCLC who admitted to Yunnan Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Leucogen Tablets,while the observation group was treated with modified Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood indexes,serum tumor markers and body function status were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(86.67%)was higher than that(63.33%)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of white blood cell(WBC),neutrophile granulocyte(NEUT)and Karnofsky(KPS)scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of WBC,NEUT and KPS scores in two groups at 2 weeks of treatment were higher than those at 1 week of treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels of two groups were lower than those before treatment,the CEA levels of two groups at 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those at 1 week of treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of modified Liujunzi Decoction combined with Leucogen Tablets in the treatment of patients with leukopenia after NSCLC chemotherapy can improve the clinical treatment effect and blood indexes level,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,and improve the functional status of body.
