小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

Research Progress of Small Needle Knife in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)为临床常见疾病之一,多由椎间盘退变所致,可引起腰腿痛、下肢麻木等诸多症状,从而给患者日常生活及工作造成严重影响。小针刀在LDH临床治疗中应用效果显著,但其机制尚不明确。本文主要对小针刀治疗LDH的作用机制展开分析,考虑其可能在解除机械压迫、抑制炎症因子、镇痛和调节脊柱生物力学等方面发挥重要作用,因而本文主要对上述机制的相关文献进行梳理,为临床医生提供治疗思路。

Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is one of the common clinical diseases,mostly caused by intervertebral disc degeneration,which can cause many symptoms such as back and leg pain,lower limb numbness etc,which seriously affects the daily life and work of patients.The application effect of small needle knife in the clinical treatment of LDH is remarkable,but its mechanism is still unclear.In this paper,the mechanism of action of small needle knife in the treatment of LDH was mainly analyzed,considering that it may play an important role in relieving mechanical compression,inhibiting inflammatory factors,analgesia and regulating spinal biomechanics.Therefore,this paper mainly reviewed the relevant literature on the above-mentioned mechanisms and provided treatment ideas for clinicians.
