女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的发病机制和康复治疗的研究进展

Research Progress on Pathogenesis and Rehabilitation Treatment of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

盆底功能障碍性疾病包括盆腔器官脱垂、排尿或排便障碍、性功能障碍、盆腔疼痛等,严重降低患者的生活质量,极大影响患者的日常生活。近年来,随着盆底功能障碍知识的普及,盆底康复的治疗已逐渐引起了广大群众的重视。本文探讨了女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的病因及发病机制,分析不同盆底康复治疗的方法、适应证及临床应用,以期为女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的康复治疗提供参考。

Pelvic floor dysfunction diseases include pelvic organ prolapse,urination or defecation disorders,sexual dysfunction,pelvic pain,etc,which seriously reduce patients'quality of life and greatly affect patients'daily life.In recent years,with the popularization of the knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction,the treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation has gradually aroused the attention of the masses.This paper discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of female pelvic floor dysfunction,analyzed the methods,indications and clinical applications of different pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy,in order to provide reference for the rehabilitation of female pelvic floor dysfunction.
