摘要
目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)患者N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平及凝血功能的相关性。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月佛山市三水区人民医院收治的120例HFpEF患者为HFpEF组,选取同期正常体检的120例患者为对照组,比较两组血清Hcy、凝血功能[凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]及NT-proBNP水平。采用Pearson相关性分析血清Hcy水平与HFpEF患者凝血功能、NT-proBNP水平的相关性。结果:HFpEF组NT-proBNP、Hcy、FIB、APTT、PT、TT均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血清Hcy与HFpEF患者NT-proBNP、FIB、APTT、PT、PT呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.707、0.662、0.721、0.661、0.489,P<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy水平与HFpEF患者NT-proBNP、凝血功能水平呈正相关。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy)level and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level and coagulation function in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Method:A total of 120 patients with HFpEF treated in Sanshui District People's Hospital of Foshan City from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as HFpEF group,and 120 patients with normal physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Serum Hcy,coagulation function[thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)]and NT-proBNP levels were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum Hcy level,coagulation function and NT-proBNP level in HFpEF patients.Result:The levels of NT-proBNP,Hcy,FIB,APTT,PT and TT in HFpEF group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Hcy was positively correlated with NT-proBNP,FIB,APTT,PT and PT in HFpEF patients,the differences were statistically significant(r=0.707,0.662,0.721,0.661,0.489,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Hcy level is positively correlated with NT-proBNP and coagulation function level in HFpEF patients.
